Dont get me wrong, i have nuffin against the down south rap…….nuffin. But Jay is retired, Eminem is in trouble, 50 cent mania is all thats around (LLoyd Banks is better than him though) Nas has a select audience, Busta Rhymes doesnt know what to do with himself, Ja is dead, Bleek aint sell, Snoop is washed up, When is Dre droppin, when is Rakim droppin, where the fuck is Method Man, where the fuck is Redman, What happened to lyrics…….this is whats wrong with rap. Lyrics have died down, now a battle rhyme is a rhyme about war (shoot ya kids, kill your wife, fuck your moms in front a ya…….but you still nice though cause i cant break you down lyrically) Cam’ron has a respectable flow, but the words that come out of his mouth arent usually words. and if they are they dont make any sense. Point blank. Everybody copies everyone else here. The down south shit got people thinking that you NEED Lil John just to sell a record. I listen to the underground rap alot…….Shells (he’s a problem), Cassidy (other than that hotel shit…..he’s a problem), Jin (Problem Child), Grafh (freestyle problem), Im not telling you to boycott rap but know what you listening to. If you know any other rappers that is gonna blow up holla at me. peace
