Record producer Jonny Dollar, who produced Massive Attack’s 1991 album ‘Blue Lines’, has died of cancer in London aged 45.
As well as producing ‘Blue Lines’, Dollar also worked with Neneh Cherry and produced Gabrielle’s three-times platinum 1999 album ‘Rise’.
