ST. PAUL, Minn. – Humorist Garrison Keillor is set to host his first broadcast of “A Prairie Home Companion” since suffering a minor stroke nearly three weeks ago.

Keillor is scheduled to launch a new season of his popular public radio show Saturday night from the Fitzgerald Theater in downtown St. Paul.

Keillor, 67, suffered a mild stroke on Labor Day and spent four nights at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. He soon returned to work and said he had no plans to postpone the upcoming season of “Prairie Home.”
